I do not understand the structure of the captioned sentence.
Is that equal to ' It is a nice thing which to believe is true".

Actually, I don't think either sentence is correct. I don't know the context, but here is the one I would guess might work:
It is a nice thing to believe it is true. (It would have to come after some other context, so we would know what "it" is referring to.) |
