Am I right in assuming stratospheric = high,on terra firma =low ?
Most significantly, Mrs. Clinton’s speech comes as her poll numbers, which were stratospheric as she left the State Department in 2013, are back on terra firma.

Yes you are right. The stratosphere is high up in space, and terra firma means the earth. |
