When I express my opinion, can I use tell, speak, say with opinion,
as in "I'd like to say/tell my opinion." ?

I understand "opinion" collocates with 'state', 'express', 'give', 'talk about', or 'voice', as in 'state your opinion", but I have never heard that 'opinion' comes with 'say,' 'tell' or speak (even though 'speak your mind' is proper).

That's an interesting one. According to the reported speech lessons I teach (say something, tell someone), "say" looks like it should work. But I've never heard that collocation.
