hello,i am in toronto for 3 month and i am doing the cambridge certificate.
i wish to know if the toefl is better or if it's the same.

TOEFL is for people who want to study at a university or college and is mainly used in education. In fact it is generally an admission requirement. I don't know of any school that accepts First Certificate for admission. In my <<<humble>>> opinion FC is more for people who want to demonstrate to employers or other third parties that their English is at that level.
