 What is zacharias, zaffer, ytterbia, Clastonian, kletomania, kkk, quacksalver mean in English. I would very thankful that you guys can explain those for me.  |

zacharias is masculine name.
zaffer is kind of flowers I guess.
'Clastonian' : i couldn't find a meaning for it, maybe you meant Clactonian or just it'd be great if you give me the context.
kleptomania: the suffix 'mania' means insanity, and kleptmania means uncontrollable tendency for stealing.
kkk is short for Ku Klux Klan, it's radical white super-supremacist organization in the US.
quacksalver: one who practices medicine without proper qualifications.
