Could you please tell me what is meant by (virtuous circle)
(and vicious circle) and is there a link bettween them ?

Hi Hanygeorge,

I'd never heard of a virtuous circle before, but a quick search showed that, indeed, it is the opposite of a vicious circle (or vicious cycle). This is how Cambridge Dictionaries defines the latter:

vicious circle noun [S]
a continuing unpleasant situation, created when one problem causes another problem which then makes the first problem worse:
