I just came across the expression "midlife crisis" the other day. My dictionary says it means feelings of worry and lack of confidence, when you are between 40 and 50. Actually, I am a man of 46 years old. I think I can understand what it is like. During that period in our life, we get into a different and more challenging satge or position either at our job or at home, which causes friction or frustration in our mind. Does physical change cause the "crisis" as well as mental change, I wonder? Would anyone share their episodes of midlife crisis?

Thank you in advance.
Yoshiyuki
