hi, i totally agree with what you have just said.
Going on A diet is unnecessary if you exercise regularly. Other than exercising, you should also try to mantain a healthy diet and lifestyle. For me, i play lots of sports, such as soccer, basketball, badminton, cycling, table tennis and bowling
THey are all played in my spare time and will help me to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
You should not buy slimming products to try to lose weight, you might be causing harm to yourself as u never know what the manufactures put in the product to make u slim down at an alarming rate.
Exercise regularly, keep fit, stay healthy
