Hello. I am a Japanese college student.
Now, in Japan, the bad diet has been a problem.
Girls of a schoolchild or a junior high school student is caring about appearance, and is doing the diet.
And there are some children who develops anorexia and dies because of a diet in it.
Are you believed?They are schoolchild!!It is not believed by me.
Is appearance more important than health?
What do you think?Please tell me an opinion. |

I think appearance and health are both important. As an adult, I pay more attention to my health than my appearance, since I am the supporter of my family and thus need to keep healthy. But for youngsters, I think their thinking and ideas are greatly influenced by external environments and peer pressure. They consider themselves unpretty if they don't have a good appearance. People change as time goes by. One day they will not care their appearance so much and will focus on something more meaningful. |

Hi, everyone!
U can hardly find a young girl who has never tried a diet. What's surprising, everybody understands that it's just a 'tribute to the fashion'. But how wonderful u feel when u go along the street and people turn round to look at u and think: ''Wow! She looks great!"
Personally I think that dieting won't do any harm if girls try it in reasonable way. It'll just put their self-confidence up.
Moreover, there is one more way to have a good figure. It is sport. Go for training every day and u don't need any diet! |
