Dear Sirs,

Good day,
(While it is a common courtesy to greet someone in person with "Good Day!"it is not usually found in formal business correspondence.)

With reference to your message of today regarding a/m subject,
well noted with thanks.

identification showing their names, job titles and a photo.

This would be more succint if it were written thus:
With reference to your message of today, all Suez Canal Authority personnel are required to wear photo identification on their (breast) pocket showing their name and job title.

Please find attached security contact numbers as requested.

Thanks & Best Regards
Redmar (Egypt)

A formal business letter is normally signed off like this:
"Yours faithfully,"
(signature)
Name of signer.
