I guess you are talking about computer games?
Many parents believe that computer games are "bad for you" because of the rubbish they read in the press and see on TV. Of course it is nonesense and computer games are great fun. I play them myself and I am not a kid.
I think that if you only play computer games on Sunday, that is very reasonable and your parents should not be annoyed with you. Still, you should not neglect the physical side of your development and although computer games are very good for hand and eye co-ordination and quick thinking, they are not very good for building a strong body.
It may be that you are already doing plenty of physical exercise. If that is the case, I think your parents are being unreasonable to give you a hard time.

About computer games I think that some seem to lead to violence. I dont think that a game where all time you are shoting people and spreading their blood everywhere helps you become a peaceful person.
However, there are good ones which help you relax after a hard work day.

I don't think your parents should hit you for playing computer games but you live in a different culture.
Have your parents said why you should not play computer games?
Is your school work suffering?
You have to bear in mind that soon you will have to get a job and make a living and your parents are hoping you will get a well paid job.
Perhaps you would like to be a person who makes computer games when you have graduated from school. There is a vast amount of money to be made in this field, as I'm sure you know. You need excellent computer skills and imagination to do this, though.
If you have made an agreement with your parents that you will only play computer games on Sunday, then, I guess you have to live up to it.
Do not resent it but make sure you do your best at the school work and then, on Sunday, you can really enjoy the time you spend on the computer.
Good luck!
