I went to Italy to trip last year. I was very much surprised then. InItaly,I think that time was moving slowly. It's because All the Italian walked slowly and were living slowly. I thougt that People of the country matches the grand rows of houses of the country.
I live in Osaka,Japan. so Japanese in Osaka are living restlessly. The rows of houses in which a small houses crowds matched us.
How is your country? |

Oh dear,
live and learn..
hectic life and living in frenetic rhythm is not a good way by itself...
Italians have learned the art of enjoying life, even if they cannot compete with the contemplative oriental cultures, they don't live up to them...
It's a matter of culture, so to say "every man to his taste"!
Hav a nice day

I think it depends upon which part of Italy you're talking about. I was in Italy too, and I wouldn't call the Italians in Rome slow... The city itself was noisy, busy, the people always rushing everywhere, like in any other large city. But I agree with you about other, smaller, Italian cities. I personally really liked the Italian culture--I found the Italians to be friendly, helpful, warm and charming people. |
