Form 1800s to 1990s, science and technology developed rapidly .the steam engine was invented, they were widely equipped on military industry, and accelerated the industrialize productivity and military arms were equipped .battleships, submarines, destroyers, aircraft-carriers, warplane, tanks, torpedo, and telephone ,telegraph were equipped on the army .the war got into the mechanization and information age .
