I like Japanese food at the first time that I’d eaten it. I believe that Japanese food is healthy food. First, most of Japanese food has low fat. It mostly includes vegetable and fish. Besides, some condiment of Japanese food is good for health. It’s nutritious. Some can be like a medicine. For example, wasabi is a root vegetable that is grated into a green paste. A researcher discovers it can kill some infections and resists a cause of cancer. In conclusion, Japanese food has a lot of usefulness for health. What do you think about it?
