I'm 17 years old.. I'm a high school student.
My hobby is listen music and watching TV.
I live in Jeon jo, korea It was famous bibimbap.
Unfortunately, korea has been divided since the war-into south and north.
I want to go the kumgang moutain.
korea people have long used such a jar called on onggi.
What makes an onggi so special? made of fine clay. it has many tiny holes which allow air to pass through.
Air makes the fermentation process possible. The fermentation process improves the qualty of the food inside such as kimch or doenjang.
The onggi is not well-known abroad.
