I live in Tainan of Taiwan.
I'm now a Chia-Nan university student in Tainan of Taiwan.
Everbody,do you know Taiwan culture?
For example,Dongzhi-->is the winter solstice!
Today,the night is the longest one of the year.
We are eating white balls.It's so cute!!
The white balls we call them "tangyuan".
They're made of sticky rice and have either a sesame or peanut filling.
You can salty tangyuan or sweet tangyuan.
After you eat tangyuan,your mother or your father say you will grow one year older.
Do you know a litte Taiwan culture??

I come from Taiwan,for there are those cultures in Taiwan,believing everyone to certainly understand not too,that I come right away the introduction a while the Taiwanese Mid-Autumn Festival.The lunar calendar is round time of months on August 15th,we are called the Mid-Autumn Festival that day.In the custom of Taiwan,in addition to the period of New Year's Day is everyone's reunited day,this day also BE.General everyone will buy the moon cake to send everyone,also positive is the person's reunited day of the whole family this day,so everyone also will sit together to appreciate the month,chat.Some families also will barbecue on this day,the interest is a while,so at the thing that the unconscious grilled meat become this all familieseses of Mid-Autumn Festival and will do.
Certainly in addition to doing these things,the Mid-Autumn Festival still has many stories this day,for example:The Chang-er flews to the moon,Wu just chops down the legend of the tree,the moon medicine �� etc..

Hi! for the first allow me to introduce myself! My name is irman. I come from Indonesia. I want to introduce about my Traditional Wedding ceremony in West Java. By the way have yoo know before about my country, Indonesia. Indonesia has many culture in all off province.
Ok now i will explain about that
Traditional wedding ceremony in West Java have some important process, that is Seserahan, Ijab Qobul, and Saweran.
Now i want to explain about the Seserahan. In the morning the groom come to the house of the bride and then the groom give some present like some equipment for praying (in the moslem religion) such as Koran, Women's praying-veil, and the prayer mat and also money.
The next process that is Ijab Qobul. In this process there happened in the Mosque. The Mosque-official has a duty to marry the bride-groom. He also give some speech for them in order to they can live happines together.
The last process is Saweran. This is an intresting process, because there are many children. The children always follow in this process, because they can get much of money if you are interesting, you can reply in my e-mail at [email protected].
