For me english is difficult to When speak to somebody it's not a problem, but when I must write something down (like here) it's a hell

since you now live in the us and have everyday contact with international (presumably english speaking ) young people, you don't really need any help. The language competency will come sooner that you expect.
Sing a lot of songs, is my advice - it's a sure and easy way to learn
