In school they told us that the leader of Italy was convicted of a lot of crimes and that he was using the media to get whatever he wanted, because he owns all the TV stations and some newspapers too. Is that true? I am not from Italy, but I can't believe that people would vote for a convicted criminal. Please tell me how something like that can happen. Confused
