I like basketball the best.

I know how to play basketball.

Hi I have played basketball for about seven years.　My height is 177cm.
Until last year, my position is center.　But now, it is forward. So I cannot understand
the moving of offence and defense. For example, the method of receiving a ball,
how to run of fast break and general defense.
Please teach me how to move.

I have been playing bastketball for 6 years,
but my position is also forward. So, I am afraid
I cannot give much adivce on how to deal with
the movements of defence or offence. Sorry!
By the way, I am 14 years of age. May I ask
how old you are?
