Dear teachers,
What would an English doctor say to his patient on seeing him/her ? :
a) Now then, what seems to be the problem ? (idiomatic ?)
OR
b) Whats wrong with you ?
Many thanks and Merry Christmas to you all.

He might say either.
Both of them are normal English.
What seems (to you) to be the problem? means, What do you think is wrong with you?
If he asked you, "What's up with you?" it would be idiomatic. |
