Green tea is one of plants that have been grown for too many years. I think everybody knows it well. In my opinion, Green tea has lots of advantages and also very popular for 3 reasons.
First, Green tea protects you from diseases. It relieves all the serious things out of your mind. Lots of Chinese people drink green tea to keep away from sickness. Drinking green tea will relieve 60 percent of alimentary canal cancer. Green tea also reduces LDL Cholesterol. It may resist particles to keep you away from cancer and virus. It also encourages an immunizing system and prevents tooth decay.
Second, Green tea also protects your skin from UV. It can prevent the skin of your face. Polyphenol from green tea leaves prevent cancers.
Finally, Green tea is quite popular at present. There are several products, which are made from green tea. Such as milk, ice cream, soap, pad, shampoo, toothpaste, etc. The products of green tea are not too expensive. It�s quite easy to buy green tea like at any supermarkets, shops and department stores.
In conclusion, nowadays, lots of people become more interested in their health. So Green tea is one of healthily beverage that makes people�s lives better. Have you ever tried some green tea?
