people says that the best is to sleep for 9 hours ...
for me i sleep 5 hours....

i love sleeping so much! If I could sleep as long as I want I would sleep for 10 hours. But I have to wake up at 6 because of school. So I usually sleep for 5-7 hours  |

Same here. During the week I'm lucky to get 6 hours. But I try to make up for it on the weekends with 8-10 hours. |

I usually go to bed at about 12 and wake up at about 7, so the total sleeping time is about 7 hours. But I think I actually don't have a good sleep due to wakefulness. Normally, I can't fall into sleep right after getting on my bed. It usually takes a while for me to fall into sleep. I think sleeping quality is more important than the total sleeping time. A good sleep of 5 hours is better than a bad sleep of 10 hours. |

I sleep so much .I think if you don't sleep enough you will not feel well.I sleep about 8 hours a day .Is it too much?Before i go to bed i always drink a glass of milk.It 'll make me sleep well.I also read books or listening music when i can't sleep. |

I really envy you that you could sleep well at night for eight hours. Maybe I think of too many things before going to bed, which causes me to sleep bad at night. Your way to help fall into sleep sounds good. Maybe I could try to drink a glass of hot milk before sleeping. |

My sleeping time is not so regular.Some times I sleep more than 1o hours,some times I sleep less than 5 hours.If there is nothing I want to do I will sleep for a long time,but if there is something I have to do or something interests me ,I will stay up. |

I used to think that I didn't need to sleep much because it was a way of saving time but now I realize that I was so stupid. Now I feel very tired and I can't concentrate on studying but it's difficult for me to go to bed early, staying up late has become my habit. i love sleep but actually i don't have too much time to sleep```i'm a student and i'm working also...so i just sleep less than 5 hours..if passable i can sleep 16 hours at saturday or sunday.. |

Hi
I normally sleep 5-7 hours a night, more at the weekend.
I recently heard that it's the best to sleep either about 5/6hours or about 9 or about 13/14 hours a night. that's because the different phases of sleep. if you incidently - meant by an alarm-clock for example - week up in a REM-phase (it's Rapid Eye Movement I think) you'll be very exhausted and can't concentrate properly..
