Hello Dado (I think your name is it, isnt it?)
How a coincidence, you like Brazil and I like Italy. But Ive never been to Italy, unfortunatelly.
I think you have nice English and changing news in this forum we can improve it a lot, I think.
If you want some help with Portuguese, we can count on me ok?

warmest regards
see you

Tudo bom Junne, what's the weather like there?
Here in Italy is too cold (4C), I don't like it I prefer warm weather as in Brasil. About learning english in this manner I think it as you because in this way I force my brain to think in English.
I have started to study Portuguese just some days ago, maybe 1-2 week ago, and for an Italian people is easier (I hope that) because they are very similar. Thanks for your availability, when I'll have something to ask you I'll do it.
I live in a little town near Rome very close to the beach, more and less as Rio Very Happy .
Where do you live in Rio? Which borough in?
If you want to know something about Italian culture, ask me

bye

Hello Dado!
Tudo bem! E voc?
Yes, I think for an Italian speker learn Portuguese could be more easier. Like learn Spanish for us, who speaks Portuguese. You know, I have already lived in Chile, and them made a lot confusion as I was Brazilian or Italian. They used to treat me better when I told I was Italian.
Here the weather is just starting warm up, very soon we wil have 40 C.
Its not good, too hot.
And there is too cold SurprisedD
Here in Rio, I leave in Botafogo, very close Copacabana, I know you have already heard about this place.
So, can I ask you what to do you do there? I work in the comercial area in a consumer company.
Look forward hearing about you soon.

Bye

hi junne, is it your brasilian name?
sorry but i was a little busy last days so my answer hasn't been fast Sad (i wasn't able to study anything in portugese).
by the way, yes i know botafogo as i know the others rio's neighbourhood, flamengo, ipanema, lapa,....... about copacabana i think that is the most popular beach in brasil but not the most beautiful, it's too turistic. is santa caterina rio's neighbourhood? if i remember well, going toward cristo redentor you have to pass through it, isn't it?
about me? ok, i'm an engineer and i work for a communication company, you know cellular networks..........i plan and optimize them.
what do you know about italy? have you ever met some italian people? and what do you think?
if you want we can exchange our picture, let me know.

bye
