organic food are proved to be healthy because Organic produce is not covered in a *beep* of poisonous chemicals and it contains on average 50% more vitamins, minerals, enzymes and other micro-nutrients than intensively farmed produce. If you eat dairy or meat products, going organic has never been more essential to safeguard you and your family's health. Organic produce simply tastes so much better. Fruit and vegetables full of juice and flavour, and so many different varieties to try!

I agree with you, but this kind of produce is a bit pricey. My family used to have a small farm where we grew fruit and vegetables, not for sale but just for our table. I have to say, its hard work! But everything was fresh and with no chemicals. Now I live in a different country and I realize how good those tomatoes and strawberries were. Veggies that are sold in stores here are not that good, more so fruits and berries. Farmers market is a little better place to buy your groceries, but still a far cry from what Im used to. Thats sad. Sad
