Yoka
Yoga is India�s knowledge which Yogee used to practise yourself at long time ago. Now Yoga changes from the past. It is emphasis for exercise only which call � Modern Yoga�. Just share a time about 15-30 minutes per day for Yoga exercise is enough. I think Yoga better than other exercise for 2 reasons.
First, Yoga can make you good health. For example when you play Yoga, your lung will contract and expand which it exchanges Oxygen gas to cause the body can good work. Yoga an treat some illness such as hypertention, diabetes and heart disease. Second, Yoga can play everybody. For advanced age, exercise is difficult. They should choose exercise which suitable, so Yoga is the first choice. For kid, Yoga can help them right breathe which make them to have good health, good humour and good resolve. Yoga is one choice for who want to have good health. What do you think about Yoga? |
