Hello student,
One problem people have while they travel is jet lag. Jet lag is a feeling
that people get when they fly along distance from one time zone to
another. The change in time makes many people feel strange or sick for
several days, until they get used to the new time. It is common for people
to have problems while they are traveling. What is the worst problem you
have ever had during a trip? |

heh heh....I never had that problem
I stayed awake for almost two days when I came home from Taiwan....I stayed up all night before I left, I did not sleep on the return trip, and when I got home, (in at 9 AM Pacific time I might add) I did not go to bed until 3 AM the next day. Crazy, I know, but I slept very well and did not feel bad the next day. _________________ Is life so dear or peace so sweet as to be purchased at the price of chains and slavery? Sinus issues (cold, allergies) while on the airplane. The plane partially depressurizes in flight. That can be very painful if you are congested and your inner ear cannot equalize pressure.
Oh yeah, and babies on airplanes. Babies should not be on airplanes (for the same inner ear pressure problems that make them cry). |

Symptoms of jet lag
Tiredness, stomach problems, headache, problems doing physical activity,
difficulty falling a sleep and trouble thinking clearly. Did you face any of
these problems when you travel along distance? |

Absolutely. When you cross many time zones, it is a common effect. You have to expect it and not plan on doing anything strenuous the first day you arrive or even the following day. |
