Woman�s exercising
Exercising befits for everybody, every sex and age. Most of the women rarely do exercising so it makes their body weak. In my opinion, it�s good for women who are going to do exercises for three reasons.
First, exercising makes every part of your body strong. You should play sports that use heavy power and make you lose your weight such as jogging, badminton, basketball and aerobic. When you do exercise, it makes your bones thick.
Second, exercising makes you relax. It will take the endophin out within your body. It makes you feel happy and sleep well especially, it makes headache less. There are another easy exercising such as Yoga and sit up. So that can makes you relax too.
Third, exercising makes you feel fresh and look young. It makes oxygen take in your body that can help body�s cells decline slowly. It also makes you have beautiful and healthy skin.
In conclusion, exercising is quite useful for your body. I think women should pay attention to doing exercise because it also makes the immunity system and flowing of blood within your body are well. Are you doing exercise, today ? |
