The American students have different grades relative to Mexican students because they are able to receive free education. In Mexico the students have no job opportunities. Providing students free education would opens many doors of action to the Mexican people.

I don't understand your point. I know primary and secondary education in Mexico is free. I don't think education, free or not, would have anything to do with better grades anyway.

Difference? Well in Mexico schools teach in spanish and in America they teach in english?;) |
