Does anyone know what "BS" might mean?

B.S. is short for bull s h i t. It is often written as one word. i.e. b u l l s h i t.
As you may know, it is a slang expression for nonsense.

Or also, it can mean lies or deception:

Husband: "I was at my mom's house last night."

Wife: "Don't give me that BS, I know you were at the bar with your friends!"
