Konichiwa all ! Wink

Wondering how everyone felt about Natto and its health benefits.

I am no exchange student, i am an American college student hooked on Natto though Very Happy

I read some of the studies done on Natto (Bacillus subtilis Natto) here are some excerpt summary of what i read :
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
"Natto (Nattokinase): Dr. Sumi showed that when natto was dropped onto a blood clot in a Petri dish at body temperature, it completely dissolved the clot within 18 hours. He named this superpower fibrinolytic enzyme "nattokinase"."

"Natto has the highest fibrinolytic activity out of any injested food on the planet: Nattokinase an extract from Natto, A supplement from Japan, that naturally dissolves all the blood clots throughout your body and opens up tiny arteries and blood vessels (including in the legs) ... proven to lower blood pressure and be a potent blood clot dissolver"
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I tried this for the first time today, and although it wasnt the greatest tasting i tried it with rice and it was ok. I soon came to realize that the taste was worth the effect. 30 minutes after i ate this i felt like i had run for 5 miles! My attention span , my cognitive ability, my awareness, my joints and muscles all felt like brand new. I could literally feel my blood vessels being cleaned and widened. It was astounding. I am now a Natto fan for life. Thk You Japan! I love this food! Very Happy
