in China ,there are a lot of difference between North and South on the food.i was born in the middle of China, but now i am studying in the northwest of China.
in my hometown, we live on rice, but in the North , they live on noodle, but i like dumplings, and battercake which made from flour ,eggs, soy sauce and shallot --so delicious. Wink it is very popular among the students in the universities in North.
