1) 'don�t take it personally',
2) 'mind readers',
3) 'if you always act the martyr and allow yourself to go without �

Hi Yoko,
1. It means that no insult was intended, even if it felt that way to you. One of the phrase's uses is when giving someone constructive criticism.
2. Mind-reading is knowing (or thinking you do) what another person is thinking.
3. Literally, it means that you will go hungry. Genarally, it means that you will lose out (suffer) if you always act the martyr.
