When u r going to traslate some text u need :

-to know the specific vocabulary about the topic.

-to know key words.

-know the differents idioms in the target language

-do not traslate word by word.

-scanning and skimming.

-look for the general sense.

Also you need to know that the word is translate and that writing "u r" for you are is merely laziness, and not acceptable, except perhaps when you are text messaging someone on your cell phone.
Differents idioms is also incorrect. The adjective does not need to agree with the noun it modifies in gender, number, and case as it does in some other languages, such as Spanish. The correct form is different idioms.

Translation from English to Chinese is easier than that from Chinese to English. One difficult part for me it to break a long English sentence to form simpler Chinese ones with appropriate punctuation therebetween, since the English sentence usually involves lots of conjunctions and participles to connect clauses. I have read some books on translation skills, but it doesn't help much. It really needs constant practice to improve one's ability in translation.
