Hello!
After reading a post-up about how 'attractive' girls can be to look skinny,
I think that girls should have a place to talk about their dream bf.
Since that girls nowadays try so hard to please the opposite sex, what's the reason for that? I mean, you try to be pretty to catch which kind of boy's attention? |

Ok, I'm masculine...
But from my view it's a prejudice that girls do make-up only because they want to "please" the boys.
I rather think it could be because girls want to distinguish themself positively in contrast to the others.
Boys do it e.g. with mastering e.g. basketball.
So putting on make-up is rather for the self-interest and not especially for "pleasing the boys".
Ok, we can't say that this effect never exists, but I think the more important reason is "distinguishing", in order to get more renown for oneself. |
