hey people im new on here

well just wanted too know if there were any more people who go food shopping and spend upto 50pounds on nothing

well i do i know what food i like and know what food i need to buy but as im walking down the long ASDA iles i find nothing i need and sometimes end up buying any random food which you carnt make meals with

e.g

curry souce without rice chips or any kind of curry im crazy i know but how do i do a good food shop and start buying the food that i need????
