the same one. I need to check sentence plz.

The Backgound of the Apollo project and why hasn't gone to the moon

Like Armstrong said "That's one small step for a man, one giant leap for mankind." the project fulfilled our dreams as old as. Actually the project
goals were American's lunar landing and returning astronautcs safely to
the Earth with below 4 reasons.

The first is to establish the technology to meet other national interetes in space, the second one is to achive preeminence in space for the States ,
the third one is to carry out a program of scientific exploration of the
Moon. And the last one is to develop man's capability to working the lunar
environment.

As my personal opinion the project was a special event of the U.S which
intended to inform America's high technology to all over the world against
spread of communism. Nasa's goals were not main thing.

John F. Kennedy wanted to prove the great America than the Soviet Union and hoped more nation's NATO join. Kennedy's idealism became reality. The first human's footprint was on the moon as American. All people
watched TV waved the Star-Spangled Banner as symbol of the great
America. After this event the communists might realize their limits.
I guess Gorbachyov (Mikhail Sergeyevich)'s Perestroyka in 1985 and the
collasp of the Soviet in 1991 were based on gradual economic crisis after
1970. After all the U.S.A took leadership of the world but America couldn't
survive without war. They needed enemy as thier life and their prosperity.

So after 1970 in point of fact the Soviet lost enemy's quality. Many people who watched Fox TV show "The suspicion of Apollo's lunar landing" ( I
can't remember the correct titile) questioned why mankind hasn't gone to
the moon for almost 30 years eventhough the technologies are greatly
advanced.

The Soviet's lost quality of enemy is the answer I think. The American
government overwhelmed all nations through the success of Apollo project. But for their prosperity they still pointed the communist as strong
as enemy during Reagan(Ronal Wilson)'s perieod. SDI (Strategic Defense
Initiative) , THAAD(Theater High Altitude Air Defense) and MD(Missile
Defenc) were all based on that reason. As a result of that, America is the
only superpower in the world history. I don't think the States wants to go
to the Moon agin. They already paid about 25 billions dollars for the idle of
the great America. So they won't spend their money for none-exsist
enemy. However they can try to go to the Moon agin if China become
more powerful or MD system fail.
