I think every exercise is good for healthy. I like walking and swiming but some other people like anather exercise. In the end exercise is verey good for health.  |

I think very good excersise is running! I was belong to track and field club. I still doing running! If someone want to lose weight, they should keep some excersise ![size=18][/size] |

In my opinion, the exercises have a lot advantages on our body. It makes everyone get the good health and also preventing from any disease. Moreover, if you usually try to exercise, your body shape will be firm soon. By the way, the exercise will bring you to get the very good emotions. So, the advantages of the exercises are separated to 2 main parts.
First, the advantages of the exercise effect on physical health. The exercises have a lot of effect to your health directly. You�ll get the better health from the exercises. Your brain will work better because the blood system works better. After the exercises, you will be tried. It may cause you to sleep very well. By the way, if you usually exercise, you will find yourself looks younger. Moreover, the exercises reduce the breath disease.
Second, the advantages of the exercises effect on the emotional health. Every times you exercise; the exercises make you bright and clear. The exercises can reduce the stress too. So, it makes you control your moods in the right ways. Moreover, the exercises effect to your decisions directly. So, the exercise should lead you to do the right things. For example, one day I have got a lot of stress from reading the books. I feel so bad and also do bad things with my friends like abusiveness them. After that, I play basketball alone. It made me feel good. I don�t have any stress at all. I can control my ideas and moods very well. Finally, I begged them for pardon. So, the exercises help me to reduce my stress and control myself very well.
In conclusion, the exercises make you get a lot of good things. Try more to get the better health and protect yourself from any disease. Moreover, the exercises make you get the body shape firm. It may cause to make you good looking. By the way, the exercises make you sleep well. Then, you will be the bright and clear man. You will study or work better too. Finally, the exercises have a lot of advantages. So, everyone should be usually tried to exercises a lot. What�s your ideas about the advantages of the exercises? |

I think exercercises are a lot of advantages on me. I exercise everyday becuase it made me feel good. Moreover, the exercises have many good effect to me. Example, i work better , stronger and happier. |

I like to play football. Because i have hero in my heart. His name is raul. i feel funny when i play football with my friends. And it is a good way to exercises. In my opinion, exercise is advantageous to me. Example, body shape firmer, stronger.I'm happy when exercise very much. |

Hello! Excersise is very important. I think walking is good excersise.
Recently, I walked from station to my home. It took about one hour.
I was really tired. But it was good excersise. So walking is beneficial to your health |

Exercising befits for everybody, every sex and age. Most of the women rarely do exercising so it makes their body weak. In my opinion, it�s good for women who are going to do exercises for there reasons.
First, exercising makes every part of body strong. You should play sports that use heavy power and make you lose your weight such as jogging ,badminton ,basketball and aerobic. When you do exercise, it makes your bone thick.
Second, relaxing Exercising will take the endorphin out within your body. It makes you feel happy and sleep well especially, it makes headache less. It still there is another easy exercising
Third, exercising makes you feet fresh and look young. It makes oxygen take in your body that can help body cells. Decline slowly. It also makes you have beautiful and healthy skin.
In conclusion, exercising is quite useful for your body. I think woman should pay attention to doing exercise because it also makes the immunity system and flowing of blood within your body is well, are you doing exercise, today?
