| There's no standard meaning that I know of. Maybe it means that the anger came back to him. That is, in reaction to his anger, someone became angry with him. I'm just guessing, though. |

Instead, I only had *echoed* in my head echoing.

| His anger exploded means that his anger became very heightened very quickly (like an explosion, a lot of energy released in a moment or two). |

Do you mind explaining this nonstandardized meaning of *Echoed anger*?
In order to not lose a point over that I have to back it with a reasonable explanation.

or
97 - 0.1% = 97
