Nowaday the terrorist very dangerous more than a virus or disaster in the past that dangerous because its not only killing 1-2 people but it can kill people amount of thousand or ten-thousand also it can effect a mind of family or friend of victim then Europe, Asia, and all over the world.
But terrorist in Asia occur less than terrorist that occur in Europe but terrorist that occur in Bahlee, Indonesia have so effect to other countries in Asia because a bomb in Bahlee show that terrorist change target from Europe to Asia more than the past.
In Thailand culture under terrorist not affect enough maybe it come from a culture of Thailand that have a beautiful culture including Thais hasn't bias to a war. Shocked

I think every part of the world not only Thailand is threatened by the terrorists. Therefore, it is no need to be worried. It is a matter of destiny!
By the way, I am going to Bangkok on vacation at the end of January. Any suggestions or advice for me. Are there any good places recommended to me? Which shopping mall is worth visiting? I plan to stay there about four days. And I have already booked a room in Grand Diamond Hotel through a travel agent in Hong Kong. Is it a good hotel? Is it near the town centre? What's about the transportation in Bangkok? Is it convenient to go everywhere without a tourist guide? Is the taxi fare reasonable? Is the taxi driver honest? Do the people speak English? What things I have to be aware of?
