DDR is a dancing game from Japan, but it is in the US and all around the world. Korea has a similar version called "Pump It Up". There may be some games like this in China too.

It is a video game with arrows and a screen, and the screen tells you where to step on the arrows and plays music. It's good exercise! I need to play some more and lose weight Embarassed
