Personally I have always preferred the classical section of literature, which at least have stood the test of time.
I could not afford to waste my time, being much occupied by my profession (surgeon).

Thackery: Vanity Fair
Eliot: Middlemarch
Gaskell: Wives and Daugthers.

Trollope is my favorite with candor describing provincial life ex. The last chronicle of Barset.

Probably because of this reading I express myself a little antiquated.

So be it.

I have been retired a long time, but living in the past it is difficult to forget. Nevertheless i do not owe you any apology. You can believe what you like.

After having examined your profile
here, and what you have produced
in this forum, it stands to reason that
you are a rather peculiar type fixed in
animosity against muslims, probably
you yourself has rather serious
personal problems hopefully more of
neurotic nature than insane.
