In Argentina has many different kind of food.
If you are planning to go to Argentina first you must eat "Asado".
It's very famous in south America and the meat from Argentina is very delicious then another country.
You can find everywhere this dish.
In Argentina when you invite your friends or family they always cook "Asado".
Argentina people eat this meat with different sauce but most of people like "chimichurri" sauce.

How about some details on how it is made? Beef? Pork? Chicken? Fish? What vegies? Is it spicy? Is it a stew? Or more like a cassarole? What does the name "asado" mean in English? |
