The London Mirror claims the 46-year-old pop icon is using old Indian fertility remedies to help her get pregnant *with* her third child.
To my perception, get pregnant with *her husband* makes a better sense.
Please correct me if I'm wrong |

While grammatically that would be correct and understood, by custom of usage, we would say "with" in reference to what she is carrying insider her and "by" for who the sperm donor is.
So:
She is pregant with her third child by her husband. |
