All reviews are subjective. Nevertheless, with* regard* to an actor playing the role of the Phantom I believe my reviews to be even more subjective than most.
Meaning the involvement of someone or something?

THANKS

with regard to , means as concerns or with reference to
He means that when he writes about an actor playing the role of "The Phantom of the Opera", he believes his reviews reflect his own preferences more than most such reviews.

His other reviews on the movie or reviews written by fellow reviewers?

Thanks

The views of his fellow reviewers.
A good review should be objective, i.e. judging the actors and production on their own merits. He is saying that he does not do that, he has a set of things he likes to see in the actor who plays the phantom.
