You should do a combination of exercise and eating good food. You don't really have to go on a "diet" but you should make sure you eat a lot of fruits and vegetables. Don't eat if you aren't hungry, and stop before you feel very full. Don't eat just before you lie down. Make sure you get some kind of aerobic exercise (walking, running, aerobics, dancing, swimming, etc.) at least 3 times a week, and more if you like it. Don't drink soft drinks. They are full of empty calories. Don't eat too many sweets, and stay away from fat as well. That's my advice  |
