The word "Universiade" is a combination of "University" and "Olympiad". The Universiade is an international sporting and cultural festival is second in importance only to the Olympic Games. Every two years Summer and Winter Universiades are held in cities under the supervision of FISU.

Why is there universiade ? In my opinion , there are three reasons that explain causes of the beginning of universiade.

First, the unite is an important thing to play sports which is activity group. For example, basketball is a sport which needs 5 members therefore the menber used idea and share competition. It makes players know fair-play.

Second, sports are physical exercise. It creates better health to players. It is good mental health because sports create enjoyment and to use free time usefully.

Finally, universiade creates better international- relationship. It creates student's vision exchange. Students will have foreign friends, for example, universiade has members more 170 country from Asia, Africa, America, Oceania, and Europe.

In conclusion, Universiade gives more benefit. Therefore we should play sports and to invite their friends to play sports. It may create other impressions.
