Which is correct:
1-There is a man it would be good to talk to.
2-There is a man to whom it would be good to talk.
3-He is a man it would be good to talk to.
4-He is a man to whom it would be good to talk. |

2. and 4. are grammatically correct, but you will heaR 1. and 3. all the time in English speaking countries. |

I disagree. Native speakers are horrible with grammar but even we could never butcher the English language like that. You would here "who" instead of "whom" (all the time, regularly).
One and three would be fine with the addition of "him" after "to. "It would be good to talk to him". |
