What do you think about fast foods? How often do you eat them at fast food shops? These shops like MacDonalds and KFC are built all over the world. Of course; there are a lot of them around the cities in Japan. Especially, we can also eat rice balls, big bowls of rice etc in Japanese original fast food shops. These shops are very convenience because they take a short time to give customers orders and all of foods on the menu are comparatively cheep. In addition, we can get a feeling of fullness after eating and taste of them is very nice.
However, recently, the number of people who have life-style related disease is increasing in the world. The reason of them is that such people eat too much rich calorie foods like hamburgers and French fries and so on.
I think that it is good for all people to have well-balanced diets every day. Therefore we must keep off fast foods for our health. However I think that it is difficult for us. How can we change our diet after we got accustomed to fast food?

I suggest that we should form the habit of making a dish for yourself, and you don't think to take fast food.In addition you can save the money. It's kill two birds with one stone.
