I'm a Vietnamese student, I'm living in USA. I have eatten Kimchi for many years. My grandmother, my mother, my aunts and me know how to make Kimchi in Korean way. It's realy hot but realy good too. The good taste is from the hot taste.
My family used to eat Kimchi in the winter. I always eat Kimchi with rice because rice is the most important food for the Vietnamese. |
