A runaway dumper hitted 12 parked cars, four garages and a wall.
because a dumper driver drinking and drive truck in temple way and Howard Road in East Malling U.K.
I think it is bad, because the dumper driver shouldn't drink and many people was dangerous.

in Egypt, we don't suffer from such a prblem because people who drink wine is too littele.But i know that nearly all laws prevent any driver from drining drunken son in case he cause a collatral damage (knowning the penality) he must highly punished.
N.B. i won't particpate in the poll as the two optoions are very severe
